Participants will learn how to design and implement strategies for integrating behavioral health that meet organizational objectives, ensure efficient resource utilization, and foster cross-functional teams. This webinar will also provide a comprehensive understanding of how patient experiences and health behaviors influence care outcomes and introduce evidence-based approaches to foster meaningful change.

Objectives:
Participants in this webinar will be able to:
- Identify the key components of a systems approach to Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) and explain how they contribute to effective and durable IBH models
- Describe strategies for integrating behavioral health within health care settings that align with organizational objectives and priorities
- Identify methods for resource optimization that enhance the sustainability of IBH models while maintaining quality and efficiency in service delivery
