It covers three main IC models: Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), Primary Care Behavioral Health Integration (PCBH), and the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM). Participants will explore how IC operates in real-world settings and learn about evidence-based health behavior interventions.
